As a bit of a last minute decision, Maz and I went to see Kal and Alastair playing a show up in London at the Troubadour. They source their food well but as a result, charge lots for it. It tastes great though.

On the line up were some good musicians and some not so good musicians, but my highlight was being dejected and down about staying for the last performer, and them essentially being a Muse-ish band complete with Muse cover-covers. Excellent end to a great night. Ran into Dru from Midnight Beast on the way to the tube, too. Hadn’t seen him in years. He looks like he’s doing well.
